These experimental musicians combine their diverse musical interests to create a dynamic soundscape. Cindercat fuses multiple genres including rock, funk, electronica, and dub. Improvisation is a key element of their sound.

Cindercat formed in 2007 in Greenville, North Carolina. Since their humble beginnings, the group congealed to find their own unique sound. The band utilizes their individual passions in other forms of mixed media, with visual imagery accompaniment, interactive light shows, and live art.
